Your credit card is only charged once the stock is sent if we are out of stock of something we will let you know immediately (a)suggest an alternative (b) see if you would like to cancel your order.

Orders are sent by Australia post Express post (UPS, DHX if requested) Credit card orders will be dispatched within 24 Hours Cheque orders will be dispatched when funds have cleared Australian Delivery is $5.95 Overseas delivery at competitive rates 
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS NOTE: You are responsible for importing goods into your own country, and you must obey the regulations concerning those laws and adult goods . You may be charged an import tax on any goods you import, even via the Internet.

Returns policy 
If upon receipt the item you ordered is faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it or refund the purchase price accordingly. We will refund any return postage costs incurred 
If you are unhappy with your purchase as long as you inform us (Contact information Below) within 7 days after the day of receipt we will exchange the product or refund the purchase price accordingly. Goods must be returned unopened and unused to the address below. You will have to pay any return postage costs.

Magazines, videos, DVDs, Lingerie and any items ordered to personal specifications are excluded from the above policy and cannot be returned unless faulty 
We draw your attention to the personal nature of many of the items we supply, and the related issues of contamination and risks to health and safety if these items were to be returned after being opened or used (so sending them back at this stage is discouraged).
